Terms of sale (CGV)
Updated 29 September 2026
Publisher details are incomplete. Replace every bracketed item, confirm the relevant App Store terms and checkout disclosures, and obtain a local legal review before publishing.
1. Publisher
Siesta is offered by [PUBLISHER LEGAL NAME AND LEGAL FORM], registered at [REGISTERED POSTAL ADDRESS], [COUNTRY]. Company or trade register number: [REGISTRATION NUMBER OR “NOT APPLICABLE”]. VAT ID: [VAT ID OR “NOT APPLICABLE”]. Telephone: [CUSTOMER SUPPORT TELEPHONE]. Email: [CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL].
2. Product and availability
Siesta is a one-time paid digital application for Apple Watch, with an iPhone companion. The watch app requires watchOS 11 or later, a compatible Apple Watch, and permission to read heart-rate data through HealthKit. Siesta estimates sleep onset from heart-rate trends; it does not collect movement data, identify daydreaming, or measure sleep stages. Very still wakeful rest may resemble sleep and start the countdown early. It is not a medical device and does not promise exact sleep-onset detection. A fail-safe wake is scheduled when a nap starts.
3. Price and purchase
The website does not take payment or conclude a sale. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store. The price, applicable taxes, payment method, delivery, and store transaction terms are shown by Apple for the customer’s storefront before purchase. Siesta is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Any refund request for an App Store transaction should be made through Apple’s applicable process. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
4. Delivery, compatibility, and updates
After a successful App Store purchase, the app is made available for download through the store. A compatible iPhone, Apple Watch, operating-system version, and required device permissions are needed. The publisher will provide updates required by applicable law and may issue other maintenance or compatibility updates. Keep the operating systems supported by the current store listing up to date.
5. Consumer rights and withdrawal
Consumers retain the statutory conformity, remedies, and other protections that apply in their country of residence. These terms do not waive those rights.
For distance contracts, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply, subject to the legal rules and exceptions for digital content. For digital content supplied immediately, loss of the withdrawal right depends on the consumer’s prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period and acknowledgement that the right will be lost. Any such consent and acknowledgement must be collected and confirmed through the applicable purchase flow; this page alone does not record it. Confirm the actual App Store checkout and the rules applicable to each storefront before release.
For an App Store purchase, use the store’s current purchase and refund support flow. To the extent a withdrawal right applies to a contract directly concluded with the publisher, contact [CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL] or [POSTAL ADDRESS]. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
6. Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from a contract for which a withdrawal right applies.
